Within The Framework Of Strengthening The Competencies Of The Primary Health Care Teams, The Municipal Health Department Of Puerto Montt Requires Hiring Training Services In Strategic Areas That Contribute To The Professional Development Of Officials, Promoting The Strengthening Of Personal, Technical, Digital And Healthcare Competencies. These Activities Will Be Aimed At Promoting The Comprehensive Well-Being And Mental Health Of Health Teams, Improving Communication And Work-Stress Management Skills, Promoting The Ethical And Efficient Use Of Artificial Intelligence Tools And Technologies Applied To Health Management, Updating Clinical And Administrative Knowledge Relevant To The Performance Of Their Functions, And Consolidating The Implementation Of The Comprehensive Family And Community Health Care Model (Mais), Thus Contributing To The Continuous Improvement Of The Quality, Opportunity And Humanization Of The Care Provided To The Community. The Tender Includes 3 Training Groups, According To The Following Detail: Group N°1: “Emotional Well-Being, Self-Care And Work Environment”, Composed Of 4 Lines, Ranging From Line 1 To Line 4. Group N°2: “Digital Transformation And Artificial Intelligence”, Composed Of 4 Lines, Ranging From Line 5 To Line 8. Group N°3: “Clinical Management, Regulations And Care Models”, Composed Of 3 Lines, Ranging From Line 9 To Line 11. The Training Will Be Evaluated And Awarded By Group According To The Structure Established In These Rules. Considering That The Activities Contemplate Multiple Training Days Distributed Over A Limited Period Of Execution, With Dates That Are Simultaneous Or Close To Each Other, And That Any Rescheduling Or Non-Compliance Could Affect The Continuity Of Care And The Participation Of The Summoned Officials, Each Group Must Be Awarded To A Different Provider. This Measure Is Intended To Diversify The Operational Risk Associated With The Execution Of The Training Program, Safeguard The Effective Availability Of Rapporteurs And Committed Resources, And Ensure Timely And Complete Compliance With The Programmed Activities.
