Bids Are Invited For School Transportation Rural School Of Lumaco

The Type Of Service For Which The Tender Is Being Tendered Considers The Transfer Of Children, Using Regular School Transportation Vehicles, From The Sectors Where Their Homes Are Located Or Approach To The Rural Educational Establishments Of The Commune, And Vice Versa (Round Trip), In The Morning And Afternoon, In Accordance With The Entry And Exit Time, Defined By The Educational Establishments. The Supplier, To Comply With Contractual Obligations And In Accordance With The Service Requirements, May Have The Use Of One Or More Machines Or Vehicles That It Deems Appropriate. However, Said Vehicles Must Be Previously Informed To The Lumaco Education Department, And Must Have The Same Technical Characteristics Of The Originally Nominated Vehicle, In Relation To The Year Of Manufacture, Capacity, And Also Possess All The Authorizations And Permits Required By Current Regulations For The Provision Of Regular School Transportation Service. The Service Will Be For Exclusive Use By The Boys And Girls Of Each Establishment, Depending On The Route Awarded, However, The Bus, Minibus And/Or Van May Provide A Service With The Same Characteristics In Another Educational Establishment, As Long As It Does Not Coincide With The Entry And Exit Times. Failure To Comply With The Entry And Exit Times Will Be Defined As A Delay In A Period That Exceeds 20 Minutes Counted From The Time Of Entry And Exit Of Classes Defined By The Educational Establishment. The Supplier Must Always Take Into Account The Mileage Of The Vehicle And The Periodic Inspections And Adjustments That Must Be Made To Its Mechanisms, In Order To Ensure A Journey Without Mechanical Problems That Prevent Students From Arriving At Their Destination.
