Conception, Preparation And Implementation Of Events The Contractor, Together With The Cantonal Project Team, Designs, Prepares And Implements Events Between The Canton And Municipalities. The Executive Members Of All Zurich Municipalities As Well As Experts From Local And Cantonal Administrations Are Invited To The Events. The Number Of Participants In Both Events Ranges Between 150 And 200 People. Climate Dialogue Main Event Half-Day Annual Event In Zurich In Autumn With Presentations, Panel Discussions And A Workshop Part, Usually On A Current Main Topic. Services Provided By The Contractor: Climate Dialogue On Site Annual Excursion Event With Several Parallel Tours And Then A Joint Conclusion With An Aperitif. This Event Takes Place Every Year In A Different Region Of The Canton Of Zurich. If Necessary, The Contractor Can Be Assigned Further Tasks As Part Of The Events After Consultation. In Addition, The Conception, Preparation And Implementation Of Other Events, E.G. The Tasks Include Workshops Or Courses. 2. Support And Further Development Of The Climate Dialogue Working Groups The Following Working Groups Are Currently Active: * Working Group On Heating Networks And Gas Network * Working Group On Heat Reduction * Working Group On E-Mobility * Working Group On Participation * Working Group On Anchoring Climate Protection And Adaptation In Community Organizations * Working Group On Circular Economy Each Working Group Is Accompanied By A Specialist From The Cantonal Administration. As A Rule, Between 10 And 20 Participants From The Communities Come To The Working Groups Approximately Two Meetings Each Year. 3. Planning And, If Necessary, Further Development Of The Activities Within The Framework Of The Climate Dialogue The Contractor Supports The Cantons Project Management In The Implementation And, If Necessary, Further Development Of The Offers And Activities.
