In The Context Of Hybrid Working, They Must Have Secure Access To Their Applications And Files Both At Home And At The Office. During The Implementation Of The Agreement, The Municipalities Have The Following Goals: • A Stable It Environment That Offers People A Future-Proof Digital Workplace In A Safe And Reliable Manner. • In Its Client Role, The Municipality Only Needs To Have Limited Substantive Expertise. • Services Based On Functional Request With An Internal Service Desk Close To Functional Management • We Want To See The Workplace As A Utility That You Purchase As Much As Possible. • The Application Landscape Is A Strategic Part And Is Therefore Under Our Own Direction And Management. An Agreement Is Entered Into With One Supplier. The Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of At Least 4 Years And A Maximum Of 14 Years. The Effective Date Of The Agreement Is The Date Of Signature (Mid-December 2026). The Start Of The Initial Term Of 4 Years Is Between May 1 And July 1, 2027 At The Latest. This Is Also The Date Of The Ict Performance Going Live. After The Initial Term, The Agreement Can Be Extended Five (5) Times For Two (2) Years Each Time.
