The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment And Landscaping Works On The Playground Located Next To The Building Of Primary School No. 14, At Ul. Romualda Mielczarski 45 In Elbląg, Located On Plot No. 208/2, Precinct 22. 2. The Order Is Implemented Under The Citizens Budget 2026. 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Following Works: 1) Preparatory Works In The Field Of Land Development: A) Marking And Securing The Area, B) Preparing The Area, C) Securing The Existing Greenery. 2) Delivery And Installation Of Play Equipment: A) Swing With Double Flat Seats (1 Pc), B) Storks Nest Swing (1 Pc), C) Double Bar (1 Pc), D) Chess And Chinese Table (1 Pc), E) Play Set With Slides (1 Pc). 3) Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements: A) Waste Bin (2 Pcs), B) Bench With Backrest (2 Pcs), C) Information Board With Playground Regulations (1 Pc), 4) Construction Of Safe Surfaces In Required Places On The Playground In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Requirements Of The Equipment Manufacturer In Terms Of Fall Safety: A) Safe Polyurethane Surface Covered With An Epdm Layer With A Rubber Edge, B) Surface Grass, 5) Construction Of A Fence: A) Panel Fence With Posts In Accordance With The Design Documentation, B) Fence Gate - 2 Pieces. 6) Cleaning Works. 7) Post-Installation Inspection (Playground Certification Inspection Report). 4. The Constructed Playground Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 1176 And Pn-En 1177 Standards Or Equivalent. For Each Device, The Safety Zones Provided By The Manufacturer Must Be Observed And The Recommended Installation Instructions For The Playground Should Be Followed. After Completing The Installation Of Playground Equipment, The Contractor Must Ensure That A Post-Installation Inspection Is Carried Out To Assess Compliance With The Relevant Parts Of The Pn-En 1176 And Pn-En 1177 Standards Or Equivalent. The Inspection Document Confirming The Compliance Of The Playground Or Surface With The Pn-En 1176 Or 1177 Standards Or Equivalent Must Be Issued By An Independent, Certified, Specialized, External Inspection Unit That Was Not Directly Involved In The Installation And Is Not Responsible For Any Repair Work And Related Expenses. 5. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Was Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Procedure Prepared By M.Sc. Eng. Arch. Patrycja Zielińska (Zielone Kreski Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Abelarda 5, 20-710 Lublin).
