The Contract Holder Will Be Responsible For Evaluating The Piter+ Parcours+ At Mid-Term And At The End Of The Programming As Well As Providing A Strategy For Capitalizing On The Results. The Expected Evaluations Have The Following Objectives: 1. Evaluate The Relevance Of The Strategy In Order To Know Whether The Piter Meets The Initial Expectations Of The Partners; 2. Measure The Consistency Of The Actions Implemented Within Each Project With The Needs And Objectives Identified In The Piter+ Parcours+ Cross-Border Cooperation Strategy Submitted In 2024; 3. Evaluate The Results Of The Activities Carried Out By The 4 Simple Projects; 4. Measure The Complementarity Of Simple Projects With Each Other; 5. Analyze The Impact (In Terms Of Communication, Governance, Economy, Etc.) Of Parcours+ On Target Audiences (How, How Much, Etc.); 6. Analyze The Successes Of The Piter+ Parcours+ And Areas For Improvement And Formulate Recommendations To Enable Partners To Prepare Future European Programming; 7. Produce Recommendations In Terms Of Capitalization Tools, Valorization Activities And Good Practices And Establishment Of Performance Indicators And Dissemination Of Parcours+ Activities
