The Consultation Concerns The Following Services: Design And Realization For The Construction Of A Mecs On The Territory Of The City Of Cannes. Overall Financial Envelope Of The Project Owner Overall Cost (Design + Construction) Of: €4,800,000 Excluding Tax The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Identification Of The Means To Best Satisfy The Needs And Requirements Of The Public Entity Based On Specifications Drawn Up By Its Services. Thus, The Procedure Is Carried Out In Two Phases: -Phase 1 Of The Procedure: Call For Applications; -Phase 2 Of The Procedure: Offers With Negotiation(S). This Is A Single Market Comprising Two “Phases”: Phase No. 1 Known As Design Includes The Technical Design, As Part Of The Project Studies, The Management Of The Execution Of The Work, The Approval Of The Execution And Summary Documents And The Conduct Of Operations Prior To Acceptance. Phase No. 2 Known As Implementation Includes In Particular The Execution Of The Works, In A Single Phase Of Work, As Defined In The Contract Documents, And In Accordance With The Project Which Is The Subject Of Phase No. 1, The Corresponding Execution And Summary Studies And The Establishment Of Files Of The Works Executed Follow-Up To The Consultation The Project Owner May Decide Not To Follow Up On The Consultation. Candidates Whose Offers Have Been Deemed Admissible Will Receive The Compensation Provided For In Article 9 Of The Rc. The Duration Of The Contract And The Execution Deadlines Are Determined In The Rc. Each Group Admitted To Submit An Offer Will Be Compensated Under This Consultation Subject To Having Submitted The Services Described In The Annexes To The Offer Phase Consultation Regulations Within The Regulatory Deadlines. It Is Specified That The Part Of The Compensation Corresponding To The Services Of The Successful Bidder Will Be An Integral Part Of The Amount Of The Design-Construction Contract Which Will Be Entrusted To It. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Eliminate Compensation For Candidates Whose Services Prove To Be Inadmissible, Incomplete Or Insufficient. The Maximum Amount Of Each Compensation Is Set At The Sum Of €20,000 Excluding Tax. The Premium Is Paid At A Firm, Non-Revaluable Price. The Teams Will Provide A Pro Rata Distribution Grid For This Compensation. The Validity Period For Proposals Is 6 Months From The Deadline Set For Receipt Of Proposals.
