Construction Work – Construction And Operation Of A Charging Park For Heavy Electric Vehicles - Rest Stop D1 Osek Nad Bečvou On The Left - Repeated Driving. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Manage The Construction Of The D1 Highway, Which Includes, In Accordance With § 12 Paragraph 5 Of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., On Land Transport, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Zpk), The Osek Highway Rest Area Located At Km 289.3 To The Left Of The D1 Highway, Located On The Land Of The Park. No. 1628/1 In The Cadastral Territory Of Osek Nad Bečvou (Hereinafter Referred To As Odpočivka). The Contracting Authority Is Interested In The Concessionaire Implementing And Subsequently Operating Charging Stations For Heavy Electric Vehicles As Part Of The Charging Park At Odpočivka, Which Will Provide Users Of The D1 Highway With Alternative Fuels, Primarily For Electric Vehicles With A Maximum Permitted Weight Of More Than 3.5 Tons. By Awarding This Concession, The Contracting Authority Aims, Among Other Things, To Meet The Conditions Set Out In Regulation (Eu) 2023/1804 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 13 September 2023 On The Introduction Of Infrastructure For Alternative Fuels And On The Repeal Of Directive 2014/94/Eu (Hereinafter Referred To As The Afir Regulation). The Subject Of The Performance Of The Concession Is Defined In Detail In The Text Of The Agreement And Its Appendices And Consists Mainly Of: - Processing Project Documentation To The Extent And Under The Conditions Set By The Agreement, - Performing Complete Engineering Activities In Relation To Obtaining Planning Permission For Construction Modifications And The Location Of Charging Stations And Other Objects Permitted By The Contracting Authority, - Obtaining The Related Approval Decision, - Ensuring The Complete Implementation Of Construction Works And The Installation Of Charging Stations Within The Charging Park Within The Specified Period So That The Charging Park Meets At Least The Requirements Of Article 4, Paragraph 1 Letter B) Point I) Of The Afir Regulation, - Expansion Of The Capacity Of Charging Stations By 31 December 2030 So That The Charging Park Meets At Least The Requirements Of Article 4, Paragraph 1 Letter C) Afir Regulation, - Ensuring The Operation Of The Charging Park Under The Conditions And For The Period Specified In The Contract, - Removing The Charging Stations After The Completion Of The Contract, Or Selling Them To The Employer Within The Scope And Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract.
