This Work Program Will Bring Together Energy Performance Improvement Actions (Hereinafter “Aape”) To Respect The Consumption Commitments Made By The Holder And The Contractual Service Level Defined. - Improving Summer Comfort In Buildings, - Renovating The Technical Heat Distribution Network On The Main Site And Creating A Geothermal Installation To Cover Heat Needs, - Setting Up And Upgrading Bms On All Sites, Integrating A Communication Protocol Compatible With The Installations Deployed On The Sites Of The Sud-Gironde Hospital Group. - The Design And Construction Of Photovoltaic Installations; - Carrying Out The Administrative Procedures Necessary For Carrying Out Operations (Road Permits, Exchanges With Network Managers, Building Permits, Etc.); - Assistance In The Development Of Grant And Cee Application Files; - The Operation And Maintenance Of Technical Equipment Located Within The Scope Of The Market While Respecting The Contractual Level Of Service. Services Include: Support For Technical Installations (P0) Energy Management And Monitoring; Operation And Maintenance (P2) Of Equipment Integrated Into The Intervention Perimeter; Major Maintenance, Renewal And Total Guarantee (P3) Of Equipment Integrated Into The Scope Of Intervention; - Monitoring And Management Of Energy Performance In Application Of A Performance Measurement And Verification Protocol (Pmvp) Also Contractually Agreed. The Contract Holder Must Meet The Performance Objectives Defined In The Performance Program. Under The Contract, Candidates Must Notably Provide Services In The Following Areas: Energy Management, Heat/Cold/Dhw Production, High Current/Low Current, Photovoltaic Solar, Gtc, Ipmvp, Operation Of Thermal Equipment.
