The Tender Budget Of The Project Amounts To 8,950,000 Euros And Is Broken Down Into: Lump-Sum Expenditure Of Project Works: 5,606,000.00 Euros General Expenses And Contractors Benefit (G.E.+O.E.) 1,009,080.00 Euros Contingencies (At A Rate Of 9% On The Cost Of Works And The Fund G.E.+O.E.) 595,357.20 Euros Spent In Accordance With The Terms Of Article 156 Par. 3. (A) Of Law 4412/2016. In The Above Amount, A Price Revision Of 2,230.73 Euros Is Foreseen, In Accordance With Article 153 Of Law 4412/2016 And Accounts Together With Ge + Oe In The Amount Of 5074 Euros. Additional Payment Clause, In Accordance With Article 149 Of Law 4412/2016 And Article 16 Of The Ratification This Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Parts And Is Assigned As A Single Whole For The Following Reasons. It Concerns A Deliverable Which Is The School Complex.
