The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out A Project Management Assistance (Amo) And Programming Mission For The Design And Construction Of A Central Kitchen Intended To Ensure The Production Of Approximately 36,000 Meals Per Day For The Needs Of The City Of Toulouse. These Meals Are Mainly Intended For School Children And Seniors. This Operation Is Part Of A Global Design-Construction Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article L.2171-2 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Mission Entrusted To The Incumbent Aims To: - Define Precisely The Functional And Technical Needs; - Analyze The Constraints Of The Site And The Operation; - Develop Programmatic Documents Serving As A Reference For The Design-Construction Consultation; - Assist The Project Owner In The Award And Award Of The Design-Construction Contract; - Assist The Project Owner On Regulatory Issues; - Ensure Compliance Control Of The Project With Defined Objectives; - Support The Project Owner With The Commissioning Of The Equipment, Monitoring Of The Perfect Completion Guarantee (Gpa) And The Balance Of The Contracts. The Holder Is Subject To A General Obligation To Provide Advice And Alert Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.
