The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Services In Relation To Real Estate Residing In The Miasteczko Śląskie Commune. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented By Collecting, Transporting, Collecting And Managing All Municipal Waste Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, Including Waste To Which, In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned Act, The Provisions On Municipal Waste Apply: A) Collected As Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, B) Selectively Collected Municipal Waste.
