Construction Work For Art And Cultural Buildings – Design And Construction Of The Center Of Folklore And Folk Culture Of The Łódź Voivodeship In Łowicz Along With Accompanying Infrastructure. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, Including Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Required Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions, Permits And Permits; 2) Development Of Interior Design, Development Of Greenery Design, Plantings With Visualization; 3) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; 4) Obtaining, On Behalf Of Or On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Required Administrative Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions, Permits And Approvals Necessary For The Design, Construction, Acceptance And Use Of The Facility; 5) Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment, Until The End Of The Warranty And Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order; 6) Performance Of Construction, Installation And Assembly Works, Deliveries, Commissioning, Tests, Inspections And Acceptances; 7) Ensuring The Required Ownership And Specialist Supervision, Including Conservation, Archaeological, Dendrological And Other Supervision Required By Applicable Regulations; 8) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Other Documents Required For The Proper Use And Operation Of The Facility; 9) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Another Document Required By Law Enabling The Lawful Use Of The Facility; 10) Obtaining The Confirmations, Tests, Checks, Certificates Or Other Documents Required In The Fup Related To Achieving The Required Passive Building Standard; 11) Performing All Other Activities Necessary To Achieve The Result Specified In The Procurement Documents.
