The Public Procurement Is Subject To The Selection Of A Supplier Of Net Active Electrical Energy At The Low Voltage Level By A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group Of Sites For The Needs Of 3 (Three) Number Of Sites Of The Contracting Authority, Indicated In List - Appendix No. 6 To The Instructions For Participation In This Procurement For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months, Starting From The Date Of Registration Of The First Registered Traffic. 2. Deliveries Under The Contract Will Be Performed On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, Dobrich Region To The Specified Sites Of The Contracting Authority, As Follows: 2.1. Directorate For Social Assistance - Dobrich, Town Of Dobrich, Dobrudzha Blvd. No. 8A; 2.2 Directorate For Social Assistance - General Toshevo, General Toshevo, 18 Vasil Aprilov Street; 2.3 Directorate For Social Assistance - Kavarna, Town Of Kavarna, 27 Dobrotitsa Street; 3. The Supply Of Electrical Energy Must Be In Accordance With The Current Regulatory Documents: The Energy Act (E), The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy (Ptee) And The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electric Energy (Pikee). The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of The Following Main Activities: 4.1. Delivery Of The Required Quantities Of Net Active Electrical Energy At Low Voltage, Specified In The Technical Specification, Annex To The Documentation, With Possible Deviations In The Positive Or Negative Direction. The Estimated Approximate Amount Of Electrical Energy Of 152,841,418 Kwh Or 152,841 Mwh Does Not Oblige The Employer To Use It. The Client Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Consumed Depending On The Need, And The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Required Amount Of Electricity Per Day, Per Month And For The Entire Delivery Period. 4.2. Preparation Of All The Necessary Documents For The Registration Of The Contracting Authoritys Sites On The Free Electricity Market And Carrying Out The Full Procedure For Their Registration. 4.3. Inclusion Of The Contracting Authority As An Indirect Member Of The Contractors Balancing Group According To The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee), Without The Contracting Authority Paying A Fee For Registration And Participation. 4.4. Energy Monitoring, Forecasting The Clients Electricity Consumption And Drawing Up Hourly Consumption Schedules. ​​​​​​​
