Road Salt – Delivery Of Road Salt To Combat Winter Slipperiness In Olsztyn In The Winter Seasons 2026/2027 And 2027/2028. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Bulk Road Salt For Winter Road Maintenance, I.E. Spreading And Combating Winter Slipperiness, To The Storage Yard Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Salt In Batches According To The Ordering Partys Needs In The Period From Signing The Contract To May 15, 2028 For The Basic Order. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Renewing The Order Twice, I.E. Ordering The Contractor To Once Again Perform The Same Deliveries That Are The Subject Of The Basic Order. The Resumption Of The Order Will Involve The Contractor Providing Deliveries In The Period: • First Resumption - From May 16, 2028 To May 15, 2029 • Second Resumption - From May 16, 2029 To May 15, 2030 After The Ordering Party Submits A Declaration Of Resumption. The Scope Of The Basic Order Includes 10,000 Mg Of Salt, Although It May Be Limited By Indicating The Minimum Guaranteed Amount Of The Benefit - 3,000 Mg. The Scope Of Resumed Orders Includes 5,000 Mg Of Salt Each, With The Possibility Of Limiting Them, Indicating The Minimum Guaranteed Benefit Amounts - 1,500 Mg Each. The Contractor Will Fulfill Orders In The Quantities And Within The Deadlines Specified By The Ordering Party In Individual Orders. The Delivery Order Will Be Given Each Time By Telephone And Will Be Immediately Confirmed By A Written Order Sent To The Contractor.
