The Subject Of The Order Includes Design, Construction, Equipment, Transfer Of Ownership And Delivery To The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz) And The Technical Description Of The Ship (Ots). As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Train The Employers Staff In The Scope Of Maneuvering And Maintaining The Systems On The Ship. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Description Of The Ship, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
