The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential And Non-Residential Properties Located In The Wierzbica Commune. 4.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste In A Manner Ensuring The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733) And The Currently Applicable Implementing Acts To The Above Act, The Provisions Of The Provincial Waste Management Plan For The Lublin Voivodeship And The Provisions Of The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Wierzbica Commune In Force During The Term Of The Contract, In Particular: 1) Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential And Uninhabited Properties Located In The Wierzbica Commune, Including Supplying The Properties With Bags For The Collection Of Municipal Waste; 2) Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Indicated By The Ordering Party, Delivered By Residents Of The Wierzbica Commune To The Stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok). 4.3.
