Armii Krajowej 101, Surgical Gloves According To The Quantitative And Type List Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Specification Of Contract Terms, Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Specification. 2. The Offered Goods Must Be New And Unused. 3. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Transport And Unloading, Will Take Place At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor.
