Construction Management Services - Project Management Entitled: Construction Of A Bypass For The Town Of Gryfice - Connection Of Provincial Roads No. 110 And 105 With 109 - Stage Ii. 1. The Service Includes: 1) Management And Coordination Of All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project; 2) Performing Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Concluded Construction Works Contract; 3) Actions Aimed At Timely Completion Of Construction Works; 4) Documenting The Progress Of Works; 5) Fulfilling Reporting Obligations Agreed With The Project Manager; 6) Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994 In The Form Of Visits To The Work Site, As Well As Work Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Chapter C Description Of The Subject Of The Order And D Draft Contract. 2. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Construction Of A Bypass For The Town Of Gryfice - Connecting Roads In The Province. 110 And 105 With The Provincial Road 109 With A Length Of Approximately 5,385 Km.
