The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Brand New Equipment - Manufactured In 2026, From Mass Production, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, With The Legally Required Approvals And Certificates Allowing For Marketing In The Eu. Once Installed, The Equipment Should Be Ready For Operation Without Any Additional Purchases (Except For The Purchase Of Reagents And Standards). The Value Of The Order Includes Delivery Of The Equipment To The Indicated Address, Installation With Full Documentation And Training In The Use Of Hardware And Software In The Ordering Partys Laboratory In Polish. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Condition For Acceptance Of The Device Is A Positive Result Of The Devices Sensitivity Test And Obtaining Positive Results For The Determination Of Compounds From Annex A At The Levels Indicated By The Ordering Party.
