Construction Work – Simple Reconstruction Of The Track In The Section Lázně Bělohrad – Nová Paka – Security Equipment. The Simple Reconstruction Is Divided Into 2 Separate Parts - Infrastructure And Security Equipment, Which Form A Functional Unit And Are Awarded In Two Separate Procurement Procedures. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Time-Coordinate The Progress Of Both Procurement Procedures For The Individual Parts Of Simple Reconstruction, As It Is In The Interests Of The Contracting Authority To Enter (And Subsequently Implement) Both Parts Of The Functional Unit Of Simple Reconstruction At The Same Time. Thus, For Example, The Contracting Authority Can Reasonably Extend The Deadline For Submission Of Tenders, Change Or Supplement The Tender Documentation In One Of The Tendering Procedures Following The Course Of The Second Tendering Procedure. In These Cases, The Contracting Authority Will Proceed In Accordance With § 98 And § 99 Zzvz.
