Solar Photovoltaic Modules - Investment Activities In The Field Of Construction Of Infrastructure Of The Energy Cluster Of Odolanów, Przygodzice, Sulmierzyce Communes - Delivery And Assembly Of Photovoltaic Installations And Energy Storage. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of A Task In The Design And Build Formula, Including In Particular: 1) Development Of A Separate Technical Design For Each Location Covered By The Order, Along With Obtaining The Required Arrangements And Submitting A Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit To The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority, If Such An Obligation Results From Legal Provisions; 2) Delivery Of All Devices, Materials And Elements Necessary To Construct Photovoltaic Installations And Energy Storage Facilities; 3) Execution Of Assembly Works, Commissioning Of The Installation And Carrying Out All Required Tests, Measurements And Acceptances; 4) Performing All Activities Necessary To Report The Micro-Installation To The Appropriate Distribution System Operator (Dso) And Ensure Its Connection And Launch In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; 5) Instructing Users On The Proper Operation, Operation And Basic Maintenance Of The Installed Installations; 6) Provision Of Maintenance Services And Fulfillment Of Obligations Arising From The Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For The Period Specified In The Agreement. 2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, The Contractor Will Comprehensively Perform: 1) 602 Photovoltaic Installations With A Total Capacity Of Not Less Than 2,446.4 Kwp; 2) 602 Electricity Storage Facilities, Including: - 545 Energy Storage Facilities With A Minimum Usable Capacity Of 6 Kwh, - 57 Energy Storage Facilities With A Minimum Usable Capacity Of 10 Kwh.
