Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Tnw_Twp_Stadtwerke Waldkirchen_Renovation Of The Karoli-Badepark Waldkirchen. Stadtwerke Waldkirchen, A Company Owned By The City Of Waldkirchen, Intends To Comprehensively Renovate The Karoli Badepark At Vdk-Heim-Straße 3 In 94065 Waldkirchen. The Karoli Badepark Is An Important Leisure, Sports And Health Facility In The Region And Is Used Intensively By The Population As Well As By Schools, Clubs And Guests. The Aim Of The Measure Is To Ensure Long-Term Economic, Energy-Efficient And Sustainable Swimming Operations. The Overall Project Is Divided Into Two Independent Funding Measures. The First Project Phase Includes The Technical And Energy-Related Renovation Of The Indoor Swimming Pool And Is Funded By The European Regional Development Fund (Erdf). The Second Project Phase Includes The Modernization Of The Indoor Swimming Pool Area With Measures To Increase The Attractiveness And Quality Of Stay And Is Funded By The Directive For The Promotion Of Public Tourist Infrastructure Facilities (Röfe). The Two Funding Measures Must Be Clearly Separated From Each Other Financially And In Billing Throughout The Entire Course Of The Project. All Planning, Procurement, Construction And Billing Services Must Be Clearly Assigned To The Respective Funding Areas And Documented Accordingly. This Applies In Particular To The Services Of Individual Contractors, Provided That They Carry Out Work For Both Funding Measures. A Cost And Performance Allocation That Is Comprehensible Under Funding Law Must Be Ensured Throughout The Entire Project Period. The Focus Of The Overall Measure Is On The Technical And Energetic Renovation Of The Indoor Swimming Pool. The Aim Is Not To Completely Rebuild The Bathing Park, But Rather To Sustainably Modernize The Technical Infrastructure While Integrating The Existing Building Structures As Far As Possible. The Mediterranean, Which Was Built In 2006, Will Essentially Remain In Place And Will Be Adapted To The Renewed Technical Infrastructure. The Restaurant And The Changing Areas Should Remain As Unchanged As Possible And Only Be Adapted To The Extent Necessary For Technical, Functional Or Building Law Reasons. The Measure Includes Extensive Interventions In The Technical Building Equipment Including Water Treatment, Heat Supply, Ventilation And Air Conditioning Technology, Electrical Engineering, Measurement, Control And Regulation Technology As Well As Building Automation. The Focus Is On Increasing Energy Efficiency, Improving Operational Safety And Ensuring Long-Term Economical System Operation. The Renewal Of The Combined Heat And Power Plant (Chp) Is Of Particular Importance. This Is Part Of The Tax Interconnection Between The Karoli Badepark, The Ice Rink And The Electricity Division Of The Waldkirchen Public Utility Company.
