Investment Project In The Technical Phase For A Clinic For Large Animals And Educational Activity In Upi Ii-40 For Educational And Social Activity In District 85, According To The Plan Of The Town Of Pordim, Commune. Pordim, Region Pleven. Pursuant To Article 150, Paragraph 3 Of The General Law On Investment Initiatives, The Parts Of The Complex Project For An Investment Initiative Are Approved Simultaneously With The Issuance Of A Building Permit And Are Notified In Accordance With Art. 149, Para. 1 Of The Interested Parties Under Art. 131 Of The Zut. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Assignment Of Specialized Consulting Engineering Services To An Independent Contractor With Professional Qualifications And Practical Experience In The Assessment Of The Compliance Of Investment Projects, The Exercise Of Construction Supervision In The Sense Of The Zut And The Preparation Of Technical Passports For Buildings, In Order To Guarantee The Lawful Execution Of The Construction Works And Permit The Use Of The Object, According To Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Spatial Planning Act (Spa) In Volume And Scope According To The Requirements Of The Spatial Planning Act And The Relevant By-Laws. The Contractor Should Perform Consulting Engineering Services For Part Ii Of Kpii - Investment Project (Technical Design) For The Construction Of A University Hospital With Clinics - Large Animal Clinic In Upi Ii-40, Quarter 85, Commune. Pordim, Region Pleven. Namely: 1. Carrying Out An Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project In The Technical Phase In The Sense Of Article 142, Para. 6, Item 2, Para. 10 And Para. 11 Of The Law On Territorial Planning 2. Exercising Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works; 3. Preparation Of A Final Report To The Contracting Authority, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; 4. Preparation Of A Technical Passport Of The Object, According To Art. 176A, Paragraph 1 Of The Zut And In The Scope Specified In Article 4 Of Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Constructions, Issued By The Ministry Of Regional Development And Public Works (Mrrd, Updated Sg No. 7/2007); The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Select A Legally Competent Consultant With A View To Assessing The Compliance Of The Investment Projects, Exercising Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Activities And Updating The Technical Passports Of The Buildings After The Completion Of Construction.
