The Order Will Be Executed With Due Care And In Accordance With All The Requirements Contained In The Tor And Its Annexes. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Complete And, After Commissioning, Ready To Operate As Intended, Without Additional Investment Purchases On The Part Of The Ordering Party. At The Stage Of Order Execution, The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 5. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Scale Of The Order Is Adapted To Smes. 7. The Subject Of The Contract May Be Implemented As Part Of Projects Co-Financed By The European Union Structural Funds. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 10.
