The Contractor Or Subcontractor Is Obliged To Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, In Accordance With Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, Persons Who, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Perform Activities Consisting In: 1) Making Necessary Changes In The Location Of The Azrp Device On The Premises Of The Mining Plant Where The Device Is Installed, 2) Dismantling And Transporting The Azrp Device From The Indicated Mining Plant And Transporting And Installing The Device In Another Mining Plant Indicated By The Ordering Party, 3) Dismantling And Transporting The Device Azrp From The Mining Plant And Delivering It To The Ordering Partys Headquarters And Transporting The Azrp Device From The Ordering Partys Headquarters To The Mining Plant Indicated By The Ordering Party And Its Assembly At The Mining Plant, 4) Dismantling And Transporting The Azrp Device From The Mining Plant To The Contractors Premises In Order To Perform The Service Of Inspection, Maintenance, Calibration And, If Necessary, Repairing It, And After These Activities, Transporting The Azrp Device To The Indicated Mining Plant And Its Assembly In The Underground Mining Plant, 5) Inspection, Maintenance, Calibration Of Azrp Devices, 6) Repair Of Azrp Devices, 7) Troubleshooting Of Azrp Devices.
