The Subject Of The Order In The Procedure Is The Supply Of A Specialized Vehicle For Cleaning Sewage Systems With Water Recovery. 2. The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of The Vehicle To The Ordering Partys Headquarters (Ul. Olszyna 10, 43-430 Skoczów), 2) Delivery Of Documents Necessary For Registration Of The Complete Vehicle, 3) Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation Of The Vehicle And Specialized Bodywork, 4) Delivery Of Full Technical Documentation, User Manual, 5) Provision Of Warranty And Service, 3. Basic Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1) Brand New, Unused Vehicle (With Subject To Section 4), Technically Operational, Free From Technical Defects, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025. 2) The Vehicle Is Free From Legal Defects And Third Party Rights, Is Not The Subject Of Security And Is Not The Subject Of Any Proceedings, 3) The Vehicle Is Approved And Meets All Technical And Legal Requirements In Force In The Republic Of Poland And The European Union. 4. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of An Exhibition Or Demonstration Vehicle, Provided That The Vehicle Meets All The Requirements Specified In The Specification Of The Order Terms And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Is Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Is Covered By A Full Manufacturers Warranty On Terms No Worse Than Those For Brand New Vehicles. The Offered Vehicle Cannot Be Previously Registered In The Name Of The End User, Except For Registration Made Solely For The Purposes Of Presentation, Exhibition Or Demonstration Drives. The Vehicle Should Be Registered In The Name Of The Bidder, And Its Total Mileage On The Date Of Delivery Cannot Exceed 4,000 Km, And The Number Of Engine Hours Worked By The Body Cannot Exceed 50 Hours. 5.
