Metalworking – Grasweg 72-76 - Metal Construction Facade. Sbh | Schulbau Hamburg, As The State Company Of The Free And Hanseatic City Of Hamburg (Hereinafter Referred To As Sbh), Has The Task Of Planning, Building, Maintaining And Managing The School Properties According To Economic Principles, Taking School Interests Into Account, And Leasing The More Than 400 Schools To The Authority For Schools And Vocational Training (Bsb). --------------- The Free And Hanseatic City Of Hamburg, Represented By Sbh, Is Planning To Expand The Heinrich Hertz School With A New Building (Use: Cafeteria Areas, Specialist Classes And General Classrooms). The New Building Adjoins The Existing Library To The West Without Being Functionally Connected To It Via A Passage. The New Building Strengthens The Image Of Schulstrasse By Following The Existing Material, Grace And Form. The Main Entrance To The New Building Is Clearly Located Centrally Under The Three-Story Part Of The Building. There Is Also An Additional Side Entrance Near The Main Entrance, Which Allows Students To Get To The Cafeteria As Quickly As Possible. The Cafeteria Kitchen Is Delivered Via The East Entrance. Food Is Delivered Using Trolleys Via The Entrance On The East Side, Which Has A Canopy. Here The Goods Are Unpacked, Checked And Sorted Into Internal Containers. Below The 3-Story Building There Is A Generous Setback Towards The Schoolyard, Which Can Be Used As A Covered Break Area. The Cafeteria With Kitchen And Kiosk, The Specialist Classes And The Room For Students And The Teaching Kitchen Are Centrally Located And Quickly Accessible On The Ground Floor. The Cafeteria Is A Meeting Place. On The First Floor There Are Additional Cafeteria Areas And Specialist Classes With Corresponding Side Rooms And Differentiation Areas. The General Classrooms And Differentiation Areas Are Located On The Second Floor. In Order To Generate Maximum Educational Space, The Areas Are Divided Into Compartments. This Means That Hallways Can Be Furnished And Used Functionally As An Extension Of The Classroom Space. There Are Technical Devices On The Roof Surfaces, Which Are Covered With A Metal Slatted Facade On The 2-Story. The Technology On The 3-Story Floor Is Not Enclosed. --------------- Here: Metal Construction Facade --------------- The Attached Lecture Describes The Metal Construction And Facade Work For The Construction Of A New Three-Story School Building (Gfa Approx. 3,600 M²). The Scope Of Services Includes The Production And Assembly (Including Glazing) Of Windows In Different Sizes (As Wood-Aluminum Windows - Integral Windows), External Doors And 1 Post-Transom Construction (External Facade - Entrance) Including Insert Doors And Insert Windows. Once The Service Has Been Completed, The Building Envelope Is Sealed. The Fittings, Hinges, Handles And Installation Frames Made Of Insulating Blocks (As A Pre-Wall Mounting System) Are Part Of The Service To Be Carried Out.
