The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Design Documentation, Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization Design, Stwiorb And In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Auxiliary Part Of Determining The Quantity Of Works. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. Before Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Quantity Of Works Against The Design Documentation. Due To The Fact That The Works Contract Is A Lump Sum Contract, If A Larger Number Of Works Occur In Any Item During The Works, They Cannot Be Considered Additional Works Requiring Additional Remuneration.
