The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Launch Of Remote, Nfc-Based Access To Telecommunications Cabinets Of The Lublin Regional Broadband Network. 2. Remote Access Should Be Implemented On Cabinets Manufactured By Agmar, Type Hb2, Wsd3k Plus With A Tilting Handle Rs700/710. 3. The Required System Must Be Based On Nfc Technology And Include A Battery-Free And Cable-Free System For Closing And Opening Telecommunications Cabinets Using A Smartphone, While Ensuring Access Control Of Persons Authorized To Use The Electronic Key. 4. All Locking Elements Must Be Energy Self-Sufficient, They Must Not Require The Use Of Batteries Or Cabling, The Required Energy Must Be Collected Wirelessly From An Nfc-Compatible Smartphone. 5.
