Tenders are invited for Laptop Computers, Desktop Computers, UPS Units. Payment of a non-refundable bid document fee of Rs. 3500/- A Bid Security valid until 25.11.2026 shall be submitted together with the original copy of the bid. The Bid Security shall be in the form of an unconditional Bid Security Guarantee for an amount of Rs. 350,000/-, issued in favour of the Director General, Department of Export Agriculture, by a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka and approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, or the original receipt issued upon payment of Rs. 350,000/- to the Head Office or any District Office of the Department of Export Agriculture.
