Tenders are invited for Extension of the Existing Quay Wall, Construction of Access Road and Boundary Wall at Valaichchenai Fishery Harbour. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written request to the Secretary, Ministry of Fisheries, Aquatic and Ocean Resources, 02nd Floor, New Secretariat, Maligawatta, Colombo 10 from 09th July 2026 to 28th July 2026 upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees Sixty Thousand (Rs. 60,000.00) to the Accounts Division, 2nd Floor, Ministry of Fisheries. The method of payment will be in Cash or a Bank Draft. All bids shall be accompanied by a "Bid Security of Rupees Eight Million (Rs. 8,000,000.00) valid up to 21st January 2027, as per the format specified in the Section 11 - Standard forms of Bid drawn in favour of Secretary, Ministry of Fisheries, Aquatic and Ocean Resources, 02" Floor, New Secretariat, Maligawatta, Colombo 10.
