The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Provide A Document Management System To The Municipality Of Maipú, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 18,695, Constitutional Organic Of Municipalities, Law 19,880, On Bases That Govern Administrative Procedures, Law 19,799, On Electronic Documents, Electronic Signature And Certification Services Of Said Firm And Its Regulations And What Is Indicated In The Law N°21,180, Digital Transformation Of The State, Law N° 19,886 And Regulations, As Well As The Provisions Of The Jurisprudence Of The Comptroller General Of The Republic, On Electronic Generation And Documentation. All Of The Above In Accordance With The Provisions Of These Administrative Bases, The Technical Bases And All Their Annexes.
