In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law 19,886 And Decree No. 661 That Approves Regulations Of Law No. 19,886 Of Bases On Administrative Contracts For The Supply And Provision Of Services, And Annuls Supreme Decree No. 250, Of 2004, Of The Ministry Of Finance, The Valdivia Local Public Education Service, Calls For Public Bidding From Natural Or Legal Persons, Companies Or Suppliers Of The Category, Or Temporary Union Of Suppliers, To Establish A Contract In The Process Of “Contract S Supply Contract For The Acquisition Of Computer Supplies And Accessories For The Educational Establishments And Kindergartens Of The Local Public Education Service Of Valdivia.”, In Order To Have Inks, Toners, Maintenance Boxes And Disposable Printing Supplies For The Correct Development Of The Pedagogical And Administrative Activities Of Educational Establishments And Kindergartens In The Communes Of Valdivia, Corral, Los Ríos, Lanco, Máfil, Mariquina, Paillaco And Panguipulli Dependent On The Local Public Education Service Of Valdivia. The Administrative And Technical Bases Establish The Conditions That Will Govern The Bidding Process And The Subsequent Contract That Is Concluded, To Comply With This Objective.
