The Lo Prado Cultural Center Foundation Calls For Public Bidding To Hire A Comprehensive Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Service, Cleaning And Emergency Care Of The Health Infrastructure Of Sewage And Rainwater Existing In Its Premises. The Contract Includes The Execution Of Two Preventive Maintenance Integral During The Contractual Period, Including The Cleaning Of The Septic Tank And Sewage Treatment Plant, Maintenance Of Two Extraction Pumps, Review Of The Associated Electrical Panel, Cleaning Of Sewage Chambers And Pipes, And Cleaning Of Chambers And Rainwater Grates. Additionally, The Service Must Include Emergency Care For Each Month Of Contractual Validity, Without Additional Charge For The Foundation, Intended To Solve Or Control Obstructions, Overflows Or Other Contingencies That Affect A Specific Point Of The Health Network, Such As Such As A Toilet, Chamber, Pipe, Grate Or Drain.
