Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Armed Chair Cushion. Tender Fees: LKR 4500/- Non refundable. Bid Security: LKR 22000/- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language should be purchased by interested bidders separately on the submission of a written application from the address above (in para 03 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee per each item mentioned above, from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. commencing from 10th July 2026 to 30th July 2026. The mode of payment shall be in cash in favor of the Director, Provincial Directorate of Health Services - Sabaragamuwa. A pre bid meeting with the parties who have collected the documents will be held on 20 July 2026 at 10,00 am at the auditorium of above address (in para 03).
