Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three (3) years. iv. Evidence of Financial Capability and Bank Reference Letter. v. Companys Audited Financial Statements for the last three (3) years. vi. Evidence of VAT Registration and Tax Identification Number (TIN). vii. Company Profile indicating key management and technical personnel. viii. Evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies, where applicable. ix. Evidence of successful execution of similar contracts within the last five (5) years. x. Evidence of compliance with PENCOM, ITF and NSITF requirements, where applicable. xi. Any other document that may be required to establish the technical and financial capability of the company.
