AL-WAHA Petroleum Company Limited would like to announce for 1st Announcement for Provision of Portable HS Detectors for AHDEB Oil Field, the companies/offices who have enough ability and experience and want to participate in this PO, please send email to the emails address mentioned below with intention to participate in this PO which should include (Company/office name, PO No. and title) to get the PO documents (FOB). 1. Technical Proposal Envelope Contain the Following: 1.1. Submit color copy of all companys legal document as the following: a. For Iraqi local companies should submit color copy of the Valid ID (Ministry of Planning ID or Chamber of Commerce ID). b. For Foreign companies should submit copy of all registration documents belonging to their company from their countries in English language, or the registration documents in Iraq c. Bidders must submit Valid Tax ID 1.2. The winner company shall provide the original documents before award the project. 1.3. The supplier should provide Scope of Supply (SOS) includes (material, detail, delivery duration). 1.4. The bidders should submit a complete technical offer (Picture) including a detailed explanation of the specification for the required materials (as required in the attached SOS) 1.5. The bidders should mention the delivery duration which shall not exceed (90) calendar days after contract signed.
