Tenders Are Invited For Growing Resilience-Cultivating Connections Programme

Tenders are invited for Terms of Reference for Mid-Term Review of the Growing Resilience-Cultivating Connections Programme, Implemented by the Royal Norwegian Society for Development (Norges Vel) The Mid-Term Review (MTR) will focus on three selected value chains implemented under Growing Resilience: Inclusive Rice Value Chain Development, Tanzania; Driving Food Sovereignty with Agroecology, Mozambique; An Aflatoxin Free Food System, Mozambique. The main purpose of the MTR is: An overarching assessment whether the Growing Resilience programme based on the projects assessed is on track and/ or what needs to improve and how. Assess the relevance and efficiency1 of the projects, and their contribution to developing sustainable value chains with attention to contextual differences. Give concrete recommendations for improvements. Assess and suggest improvements for overall learning, learning systems and feedback loops. Assess and recommend specific scalability pathways that can be implemented inside or outside of Growing Resilience. The review is intended primarily as a learning and decision-support tool, rather than as an audit.
