Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Final Evaluation Strengthening Accountable Business Practices through Respect and Engagement (SABRE) Final Evaluation of the Strengthening Accountable Business Practices through Respect and Engagement (SABRE) Project Cords work focuses on three strands: Strand 1: We enable local organisations and community representatives to become more resilient to the pressures they face in closed contexts, and to develop constructive relationships with key power holders. Strand 2: We work with governments and other power holders (such as businesses) to build their commitment to mutually beneficial relationships with grassroots actors and activists. Strand 3: We create safe spaces for relationships to grow between local organisations, community representatives, governments and other power holders and for conflict and injustice to be non-violently addressed. Cord is headquartered in the United Kingdom, with offices and teams present in Africa Asia and Eastern Europe. We are seeking an external consultant to conduct a final evaluation of the Strengthening Accountable Business Practices through Respect and Engagement (SABRE) project implemented in the northern provinces of Cambodia. Launched in January 2024, the project has been jointly developed and implemented by Cord and its local partners, Development and Partnership and Action (DPA), and will be completed in December 2026. The available budget for this consultancy is USD 11,000. This budget is inclusive of all costs associated with the assignment, including professional fees, travel and transportation, accommodation, per diems, communication costs, taxes (where applicable), and any other expenses required for the successful completion of the consultancy.
