To apply for the tender, you need to take into consideration the following points: The price offer should be in NIS excluding VAT. Bidders are required to provide two distinct offers: one for the technical proposal and another for the financial proposal. Interested bidders will receive an email from World Vision International procurement system (Provision), where they need to read all documents and conditions, and submit the offers via this system. The last day for submission offers is July 19, 2026, through the procurement system. World Vision International will evaluate the offers using the Weighted Scoring Method that combines the technical score with the financial Score.
