The Performance Also Includes Carrying Out The Necessary Surveys And Surveys, Ensuring Engineering Activities, Including Discussing Documentation With The Relevant Authorities And Network Administrators, Submitting An Application For A Building Plan Permit And Securing A Valid Construction Permit. The Scope Of The Public Contract Also Includes The Performance Of The Authors Supervision Of The Designer For The Duration Of The Construction To The Extent Necessary To Ensure The Compliance Of The Construction Work With The Prepared Project Documentation. The Project Documentation Will Be Processed Following The Existing Documentation Prepared By Architektonick Studio Hysek, S.R.O., And Will Be Divided Into Individual Stages Of Implementation. The Contracting Authority Informs That It Is Obliged To Submit The Result Of The Procurement Procedure To The Council For Approval. In The Event That The Council Does Not Approve The Result Of The Procurement Procedure, The Contracting Authority Will Be Forced To Cancel The Procurement Procedure Due To The Absence Of The Consent Of The Council, Which Is Necessary For The Conclusion Of The Contract
