Target Of The Dynamic Procurement System With This Announcement, The Metsähallitus Establishes A Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter Dps) For The Construction Of Road Crossings For Snowmobiles. Installation Of Traffic Signs, Warning Signs And Additional Plates The Object Of The Dynamic Procurement System Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Participation And Its Attachments. The Traffic Signs Are Delivered By The Customer In Accordance With The Suppliers Announcement And To The Address Given By The Supplier. The Procured Services Are Defined In More Detail In Each Internal Tender Of The Dynamic Procurement System. We Are Asking For Applications To Participate In The Construction Of Snowmobile Road Crossings 2026 - 2028 (2030) Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter Also Dps). Applications For Participation Can Be Submitted To The Dynamic Procurement System Throughout Its Duration. The Procurement Procedure Is Two-Stage. In Order To Be Able To Submit Bids, The Supplier Must First Submit A Participation Application And Be Accepted Into The Procurement System. All Applicants Who Meet The Suitability Requirements Are Included In The Dynamic Procurement System. The Dynamic Procurement System Is Valid Until 31 October 2028, Unless It Is Shortened Or Extended By A Separate Announcement. The Procurement Unit Can, For A Justified Reason, Suspend The Processing Of Participation Applications For A Specified Period. The Dynamic Procurement System Includes The Option Of Extending It For Two (2) Years. The Continuation Of The Dynamic Procurement System Is Under The Consideration Of Metsähallitus. The Actual Procurements Are Made Through Internal Tenders Of The Dynamic Procurement System, In Which The Object And Scope Of The Procurement Are Described And Specified. You Cannot Participate In Dpss Internal Tenders Unless The Supplier Has Been Accepted Into The Procurement System. Internal Tenders Are Sent To All Suppliers Accepted Into The Dynamic Procurement System. Submitting An Application For Participation And Being Accepted Into The Procurement System Does Not Oblige The Supplier To Make An Offer, But Suppliers Can Make Offers At Their Discretion. The Supplier Also Has The Right To Withdraw From The System If He So Wishes. A Separate Contract Is Concluded For Each Internal Competition. The Contract Period Is Defined Separately In The Internal Competition On A Case-By-Case Basis. The Contract Period Can Be Valid For A Maximum Of Six (6) Months After The End Of The Dynamic Procurement System. Scope Of The Dynamic Procurement System Metsähallitus Estimates At The Time Of Publication Of The Request For Participation That The Total Value Of The Dynamic Procurement System For The Entire Duration Will Be No More Than 200,000 - 500,000 Euros, Taking Into Account All Possible Purchases Made In The System. The Estimate Is Preliminary And Is Based On The Currently Known Procurement Need. The Road Crossing Locations Described In The Map Appendix May Become More Detailed During The Duration Of The Dynamic Procurement System. Metsähallitus Does Not Commit To Procurement Quantities Or Volume Purchase Obligations With This Announcement.
