The Object Of The Procurement Is The New Construction Of A Maintenance Building Replacing The Mustikkamaa Recreation Area. The Site Is Implemented As A Design And Build Contract (Sr), In Which The Contractor Selected For The Work Plans The Technical Implementation Of The Site And Acts As The Main Contractor In The Position Of The Main Contractor As Defined By The Yse 1998 Conditions And Legislation. The Planned Size Of The New Construction Site Is Approximately 560 Gross Square Meters, As Specified In More Detail In The Attached Documents. The Anticipated Space Requirement And Detailed Specifications For The Building To Be Acquired Are Presented In The Contract Program Included In The Tender Request. The Building Site Is Located On The Island Of Mustikkamaa, Connected By A Bridge From The Kulosaari District. The Construction Site Is Located At Mustikkamaanpolku 1, 00570 Helsinki. The Goal Is To Make A Preliminary Agreement For The Planning Phase At The Beginning Of September 2026. The Final Project Plan Will Be Formed With The Contractor During September. The Plan Is To Proceed With The Construction Phase Agreement At The Beginning Of October. The Construction Of The Object Must Be Completed By The Supplier And The Object Must Be Approved For Final Inspection And Received By August 27, 2027.
