The Purpose Of This Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Contract For The Purchase Of The Automatic Color Module (Hereinafter Referred To As The Device) For The Special Dyeing Of Preparations And For The Ordering Of Preventative Maintenance And Repair Work During And After The Warranty Period Of The Device For 7 Years From The Handover Of The Device Or Until The Maximum Cost Of The Framework Contract Is Fulfilled, Whichever Occurs First. The Order Of Repair Work Is A Framework Contract. The Buyer Purchases Repair Works According To The Real Need Arising From The Provision Of Health Care Services, The Buyer Does Not Undertake To Purchase Repair Works In A Fixed Quantity. The Maximum Cost Of The Contract Is The Cost Of The Tender Increased By 50%.
