Note!!! Under The Terms Of This Procedure, Participants May Submit An Offer Only For: Separate Position No. 1 (Op No. 1): Transportation Of Disabled People With A Specially Adapted Bus. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Law On Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Has Assigned Selection Of A Contractor For Free Transport Of Citizens For Internal Transfers Along A Certain Route In A Cemetery Park - Assigned In Accordance With The Order Of Art. 21, Para. 6 In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, In The Order Valid For Its Individual Value. The Estimated Value Of Separate Item No. 2 Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. The Scope Of The Activities Included In The Current Order Under Separate Position No. 1: Transportation Of Disabled People With A Bus Specially Adapted For The Purpose Is Expressed In Accepting The Submitted Requests By Phone From Citizens Who Wish To Use The Service, On A Phone Previously Specified By The Company. The Activities Under This Public Procurement Include: Sending A Bus To The Address Of The User Of The Specified Service, Taking It To The Place (Address) Specified By Him And Returning It To His Address In The Time Interval Specified By Him. The Scope Of Activities Is Described In Detail In The Technical Specification And Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
