In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Individually Detailed In The Technical Specifications Of The Employers Requirements (Appendix No. 1) And The Draft Contract, Which Are An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Scope Of The Procurement Is Not Guaranteed. The Contractor Will Do Periodic Requests To The Supplier Selected As The Contractor. Quantity Shown Is Approximate. There May Be A Need To Understock Or Overstock Certain Items. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Quantities, According To The Need To Feed The Children, As Well As Not To Declare The Entire Assortment, According To The Concrete (Specific) Needs.
