Tenders Are Invited For Choice Of Internet Providers In Two Distinct Positions

With The Present Procedure, The Public Procurement Will Be Awarded Only Under Separate Item No. 1: Internet Delivery In The City Of Sofia And In The City Of Plovdiv And Separate Item No. 2: Internet Delivery In The City Of Sofia. The Public Procurement Is Divided Into 3 Separate Items As Follows: A) Separate Position No. 1: Internet Delivery In The City Of Sofia And In The City Of Plovdiv; B) Separate Position No. 2: Internet Delivery In The City Of Sofia; C) Separate Position No. 3: Delivery Of Wireless 5G Internet Backup Connectivity For 26 Regional Directorates Of The Agriculture Fund. 1. Subject Of The Order Under Separate Item No. 1 And Separate Item No. 2: The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is A Service For Providing Access To The Internet For The Central Administration, The Reserve Information Center (Ric) In The City Of Plovdiv And The Regional Directorates Of The State Fund Agriculture. The Regional Directorates Will Get Access To The Internet Space Through The Gic, Sofia. The Order Also Includes The Implementation Of Connectivity Through An Optical Transmission Medium Between The Final Active Network Devices Of The State Fund Agriculture And The Corresponding Devices In The Technical Node Of The Contractor, Configuration And Setting Of The Border Devices Of The Dfz, For The Purposes Of Providing The Service And Protecting Against Attacks From The Internet Space. 2. The Subject Of The Order Under Separate Item No. 3 Includes The Supply Of Wireless 5G Internet Backup Connectivity For 26 Regional Directorates Of The Df Agriculture. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Position No. 3 Is Assigned According To The Order Valid For Its Individual Estimated Value, Namely By Direct Assignment According To The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. 3. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Procedure Code, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77 For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order. The Estimated Value Of Separate Item No. 3 Is In The Amount Of 15,338.76 (Fifteen Thousand Three Hundred And Thirty-Eight Euros And Seventy-Six Euro Cents) Euros Without Vat And Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Ppa And Represents 19.35% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order, Respectively, Does Not Exceed 20% Of The Same. In View Of The Above And On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Special Position No. 3 Is Assigned In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code - By Direct Assignment. ​​​​​​​In Fulfillment Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, The Residual Value In The Amount Of 63,911.48 (Sixty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred And Eleven Euros And Forty-Eight Euro Cents) Euros Without Vat, Which Is An Estimated Value For The Present Procedure (Under Separate Position No. 1 And Separate Position No. 2), Is Assigned With This Public Procurement By Conducting A Public Competition Procedure Under Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 12 Of The Zop.
