The Municipality Of Almere Is Looking For One Development Party Or A Combination Of Parties Through A Tender Procedure With Pre-Selection For The Development And Realization Of A Maximum Of 279 Ground-Level Homes In De Hofgaarden (Building Plots 28 And 29), Part Of Nobelhorst Phase 5. The Program Consists Of 149 Affordable Homes (Including At Least 50 Affordable Rental Homes And At Least 50 Affordable Owner-Occupied Homes) And 130 Private Sector Owner-Occupied Homes. The Assignment Falls Within A Broader Area Development That Also Includes Seven Apartment Buildings From The Goedestede Housing Association And A New Primary School. Tenderers Are Asked To Develop An Integrated Vision For A Contemporary Garden Village, With Attention To Image Quality, Sustainability And Social Cohesion.
