The Client Annually Organizes And Facilitates Various Events Of Varying Size And Nature At Various Locations Within The Municipality. The Assignment Therefore Relates To Events That Take Place Municipally-Wide. The Largest And Most Extensive Use Of Event Materials Takes Place During The Carnival Period, But The Framework Agreement Also Applies To Other Events Organized Or Facilitated By The Client. More Information Can Be Found In The Guideline. The Scope Of The Assignment Is Based On Historical Purchase Data And Current Expectations Regarding Future Events Within The Municipality. The Historical Contract Value Is Approximately € 300,000 Excluding Vat Over A Period Of Four Years. The Client Expects That The Size Of The Future Purchase During The Term Of The Framework Agreement Will Be In Line With This Historical Order Value. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Stated Size And Any Included Estimates. The Client Does Not Provide A Purchase Guarantee And Is Not Obliged To Purchase A Minimum Turnover From The Contractor.
